I wanted to post and make sure you guys know you can follow the discussions via you email if you join the group.
First make sure you login to the site and go to the groups tab. Click on the group. If you aren't part of the group I think you have to "join" then you should be presented with an option to "follow" the group. This should alert you by email when something is posted to the group.

SharedObjects are Awesome.
SharedObject in your flash project can make for a much improved user experience, and can help you do things faster and more behind the sense so that your applications and web sites work the way users expect them to work. Recently I had to discover the power of SharedObject myself in a chat applications that I am building in Flex. Read More ....

- Being relatively new to Flash, I do not know how to add Play/Pause controls to an 18 minute Flash movie I recently completed. Perhaps Flash is not the best medium for web movies this size?
